The light output has increased by 33%, from 150 lumens to 200 lumens, with improved battery technology, and now with three light settings, including a new "reading mode," the maximum operating time has increased to 22 hours.
The design has become more compact, modern, and user-friendly, and the new ZONE 2 features a battery indicator and improved IP rating of IP54.
The enhanced ZONE 2 has a 3-step function. The first level is the reading mode, which provides 20 lumens of light, just enough light to read a manual.
