We watched a video about how parts are repaired in India and we had an idea to write a comparison how do we repair.

In India, the mechanic, as soon as he takes the valve out of the bus, starts the remanufacturing squatting on the ground without any prior inspection. In our case before we start remanufacturing, we do an inspection in a properly equipped workshop.

The Indian mechanic cleans the dismantled parts over a basin, using water and a toothbrush. He greases the cleaned part by hand and he reassemble. He blows the pneumatic valve with his mouth to check it at the end of the assembly process, then puts it back into the bus.

Safety comes first 

We only carry out complete repairs because partial repairs lead to uncertain results and can be dangerous.

We check the pneumatic valves before dismantling and troubleshooting with a specially developed software and pneumatic test bench, and then we remanufacture after dismantling and troubleshooting. This ensures perfect quality.

All our remanufacturing processes are covered in accordance with our obtained quality approvals and issued by the National Transport Authority and in compliance with our ISO 9001:2009 quality system audited by ÉMI-TÜV SÜD using tested and certified components.
